1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Biogoldy, including our website, profiles, dashboard, creator directory, upload tools, payment features, and social account connection features. By using Biogoldy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use Biogoldy for a business, brand, agency, or creator account, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization or creator.

2. What Biogoldy Provides

Biogoldy helps creators build a public SFW profile, manage links, display profile media, organize creator content, connect supported social accounts, and, where available, monetize eligible SFW digital content through approved payment providers.

Biogoldy is not an adult-content platform, dating service, escort directory, gambling service, financial advice service, marketplace for regulated goods, or illegal-services marketplace.

3. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• You must not impersonate another person, brand, social account, or payment account.
• You must not use Biogoldy to mislead payment providers, social platforms, fans, buyers, or regulators.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to your content, audience, country, tax obligations, advertising, and payments.

4. SFW Content and Prohibited Content

All public profiles, uploads, profile images, galleries, links, premium items, descriptions, usernames, and connected-account activity must be SFW. The following are prohibited:

• Pornography, explicit sexual acts, XXX content, or adult entertainment.
• Nudity or fetish content intended for sexual gratification.
• Escort, prostitution, sugar dating, adult live chat, or sexual services.
• Sexualized content involving minors, age-play, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or non-consensual material.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, fraud, scams, or criminal services.
• Hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or terrorism.
• Copyright infringement, counterfeit goods, privacy violations, or doxxing.
• Misleading monetization claims, fake follower metrics, or deceptive profiles.

5. User Content License

You keep ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant Biogoldy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, resize, transmit, moderate, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed to upload and monetize your content.

6. Monetization, Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Biogoldy may offer monetization tools for eligible SFW digital content. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, or other approved payment partners. Payment providers may require identity verification, tax information, business details, risk review, and ongoing monitoring.

Biogoldy may charge a platform fee or commission disclosed in the dashboard or checkout flow. Payment providers may charge their own processing fees. Payout timing, availability, holds, chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and account limits may depend on provider rules, risk review, and applicable law.

You may not use Biogoldy payments for prohibited goods, adult content, illegal services, regulated products, misleading transactions, money transmission, donations that violate provider rules, or any transaction that a payment provider does not allow.

If a payment provider or card network requires additional review, identity verification, business verification, content review, risk reserves, or removal of prohibited content, you agree to cooperate. Biogoldy may disable monetization until the issue is resolved.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes

Digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivered or unlocked, unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. If a buyer cannot access a purchase because of a technical issue, we will make a reasonable effort to restore access or review the transaction.

Chargebacks, disputes, suspected fraud, duplicate purchases, unauthorized payments, and policy violations may result in withheld payouts, account limits, content removal, or suspension.

8. Social Account Connections and Metrics

If you connect a social account, you authorize Biogoldy to request only the permissions needed to provide the selected feature, such as displaying public profile metadata, profile links, account identifiers, or follower and engagement metrics where supported by the relevant social platform API.

You must not connect accounts you do not own or manage. You must not use Biogoldy to scrape data, bypass platform restrictions, inflate metrics, sell unauthorized data, or violate the terms of social platforms.

You may disconnect supported social accounts or request deletion of connected social data through our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated checks, manual review, reports, payment-provider signals, and social-platform signals to detect unsafe or prohibited use. We may remove content, disable monetization, block uploads, hide profiles, suspend accounts, preserve records for compliance, or report illegal activity to appropriate parties.

10. Third-Party Services

Biogoldy may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, cloud providers, analytics tools, social platforms, and content moderation providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Biogoldy is not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions, API changes, fees, or provider restrictions.

11. Termination

You may stop using Biogoldy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create compliance risk, misuse payment or social APIs, harm other users, or expose Biogoldy or its partners to legal, security, payment, or reputational risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, payment-provider requirements, social-platform requirements, or safety improvements. The updated date above shows when these Terms were last revised.
