Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Adult and Sexual Content

• Pornography, explicit sexual acts, or XXX content.
• Nudity or fetish content intended for sexual gratification.
• Adult subscriptions, adult pay-per-view content, adult live chat, or webcam services.
• Escort services, prostitution, sexual massage, sugar dating, or sexual services.
• Sex toys, adult products, or links primarily selling sexually oriented goods.
• Sexualized content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.
• Non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden camera content, or coercive content.

2. Prohibited Illegal or High-Risk Content

• Fraud, scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or impersonation.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to cause harm.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, stolen accounts, or hacked data.
• Hate, harassment, threats, targeted abuse, or violent extremism.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous challenges.
• Copyright infringement, privacy violations, doxxing, or unauthorized likeness use.
• Gambling, betting, financial scams, payday lending, or investment promises.

3. Payment Compliance Rules

You may use Biogoldy monetization only for eligible SFW digital content and services. You may not use Biogoldy payments to process transactions that violate Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, card network, banking partner, or local legal requirements.

We may block payment features, hold review, disable checkout, or remove content if activity appears prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, adult, or otherwise high risk.

Policy references used for review alignment include Stripe's prohibited and restricted businesses guidance, PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy, and Mercado Pago's prohibited activities policies. Biogoldy applies the stricter rule when provider policies differ.

4. Social API and Follower Data Rules

• Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not fake, manipulate, resell, or misrepresent follower data.
• Do not scrape, store, or share data beyond the permissions granted.
• Do not use API data for adult, illegal, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes.
• Comply with the terms and developer policies of each connected platform.
• Honor account revocation and data deletion requests promptly.

Social API review references include Google API Services User Data Policy, YouTube API Services policies, Meta terms, and TikTok developer guidelines.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Biogoldy may use automated detection, image moderation, manual review, user reports, payment-provider alerts, and social-platform alerts to enforce this policy. We may remove content, disable features, suspend accounts, block payouts, preserve records, or report illegal conduct.
