Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Your Biogoldy Account Data

To request deletion of your Biogoldy account, profile, uploaded content, connected social account data, and related personal data, email privacy@biogoldy.space from the email address associated with your account.

Include "Data deletion request" in the subject line and your Biogoldy username in the message. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

2. Disconnect Social Accounts

You can revoke Biogoldy's access directly from the connected platform when that platform provides account settings for connected apps. For Google and YouTube connections, you can review and remove access from Google account permissions.

For other social platforms, use the relevant account or app settings from Meta, TikTok, X, or the platform you connected. After revocation, you may also contact us to request deletion of any related data retained by Biogoldy.

3. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment disputes, chargebacks, abuse investigations, or enforcement of our SFW-only and anti-illegal-content rules.

4. Timing

We will review deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying ownership. If a request cannot be completed immediately because of legal, security, payment, or platform obligations, we will explain the reason when appropriate.
