1. Who We Are

Biogoldy is a Safe for Work creator profile and monetization platform available at biogoldy.space. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data.

2. Data We Collect

Account and authentication data

• Email address, username, display name, profile photo, and login method.
• Authentication identifiers provided by Firebase Authentication.
• Security signals such as session tokens and login timestamps.

Creator profile data

• Bio, category, public links, profile images, gallery images, and SFW posts.
• Creator settings, connected payment gateway status, and profile preferences.
• Content moderation signals used to enforce SFW and legal compliance.

Payment and transaction data

• Payment status, transaction IDs, purchased item IDs, amounts, and timestamps.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: For financial compliance and audit logs, we temporarily collect and securely encrypt your IP address, Country approximation, and User-Agent during Tip transactions and Creator Club purchases.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Biogoldy does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Connected social account data

If you connect a supported social account, we may request limited API data such as account ID, username, profile URL, profile image, public follower counts, public engagement counts, and connection status. The exact data depends on the social platform, permissions granted, and API availability.

We use connected social account data only to provide the feature you requested, such as displaying verified social links or follower metrics in your dashboard/profile. We do not sell this data and do not transfer it for unrelated advertising.

3. How We Use Data

• Create and maintain your Biogoldy account and SFW public profile.
• Authenticate sessions and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
• Display your creator links, public profile, and optional public metrics.
• Process eligible transactions, refunds, disputes, and payment compliance checks.
• Detect prohibited content, fraud, abuse, spam, and illegal activity.
• Respond to legal, privacy, support, abuse, and security requests.
• Maintain, debug, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Social Platform API Data and Limited Use

Biogoldy requests social platform API permissions only after user action and consent. We request the minimum permissions needed for the selected feature. If a platform allows revocation, you may revoke access from the social platform account settings and/or from Biogoldy when the feature is available.

When we use Google or YouTube API Services, our use and transfer of information received from those APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For YouTube API Services, users are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

We do not use social API data to determine creditworthiness, sell audiences, create unrelated profiles, train unrelated AI models, or provide adult, illegal, or unsafe content services.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar storage for login, security, language preferences, and site functionality. We may use analytics or performance tools to understand aggregate site usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Sharing Data

We may share limited data with:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Firebase.
• Payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, or future providers.
• Social platforms when you connect, disconnect, or use their API features.
• Moderation, security, fraud prevention, analytics, or support providers.
• Authorities, payment networks, or trusted parties when required for legal compliance or safety.

We do not sell personal data or connected social account data.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, Firestore security controls, Cloudflare edge protections, server-side token verification, restricted service credentials, and access controls. No online service is perfectly secure, but we design Biogoldy to minimize data collection and protect data according to the sensitivity of the information.

8. Retention

We keep account and profile data while your account is active. We may retain transaction, tax, security, abuse, moderation, and legal records as needed for legitimate business, legal, payment, audit, and compliance purposes. Social API tokens and connected account data are retained only as needed to provide the connected feature or comply with platform and legal obligations.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correct, or update account information in your dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account or personal data.
• Disconnect supported social accounts where available.
• Use our Data Deletion Instructions to request removal of connected social data.
• Request information about how your data is used.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law allows.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children and Minors

Biogoldy is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Sexualized, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

11. International Users

Your data may be processed in countries where Biogoldy, our infrastructure providers, payment providers, or social platform providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data consistent with applicable privacy laws.
